Who we are

SIDCOREC operates this service. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “SIDCOREC” mean the service operator; “you” means the visitor or registered account holder. Contact us at support@sidcorec.com.

SIDCOREC is a social gaming platform. It provides simulated casino-style play using free virtual chips. It is not a real-money gambling service, accepts no real-money wagers or deposits, sells nothing, and offers no cash, goods or real-world prizes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use a social gaming service where you live. Do not use SIDCOREC if a law, court order or applicable exclusion prohibits you from doing so.

Your account

One account is permitted per person. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access.

The name and email address you provide must be accurate and kept up to date. Registration is free, and SIDCOREC never asks for payment details.

Virtual chips

Virtual chips are SIDCOREC’s only play currency. They are a limited licence to use the entertainment features, not money or property. They have no monetary value and cannot be purchased, withdrawn, redeemed for cash, goods, services or prizes, or transferred between accounts.

We may adjust a balance to correct an error, reverse abuse or meet a legal obligation. Where reasonably possible, we will explain an account-specific adjustment.

Playing

Game outcomes are generated on SIDCOREC’s servers. Virtual chip plays and simulated awards update the same non-monetary wallet; visual effects on your device do not determine the server result.

Individual outcomes are random. Progress, XP, achievements and Passport records are entertainment records only: they have no cash value and do not change a game’s configured return. If a connection problem creates an apparent mismatch, contact support so the server record can be reviewed.

Fair use

You must not:

• Use bots, scripts, automation or a software exploit.
• Open multiple accounts to manipulate balances, missions or progress.
• Interfere with the service, its security or another player’s account.
• Copy, resell or misrepresent SIDCOREC games or content as your own.

Suspension and closure

We may restrict, suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, threatens service security or abuses the virtual economy. We will explain the reason unless doing so would compromise security or conflict with a legal duty.

You may request account closure by writing to support@sidcorec.com. Closure removes access to the account, its virtual balance and progress, subject to any limited retention required for security, disputes or law.

Liability

SIDCOREC is provided “as is” for free entertainment. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those mandatory rights, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of or inability to use this free service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal or security changes. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice on the site and, where appropriate, by email before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Please contact support@sidcorec.com first so we can try to resolve a concern directly.
